Scoping Activities

1. Correspondence group on Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) to explore the possibility of global standards and to expand the GESAMP website section on EQS.

2. Correspondence group on “Micro-plastics as a vector in transporting persistent and toxic substances to prepare a workshop to review the subject and develop the terms of reference for an eventual working group.

3. Correspondence group to further develop a scoping paper on endocrine disruption as a result of hypoxia in the marine environment.

4. Correspondence group on biomagnification in top predators and its ecological and social implications to develop a terms of reference for a working group.
