Alex R. Baker is a Reader in marine and atmospheric chemistry at the University of East Anglia, UK. His research interests lie in the exchange of chemicals between the ocean and atmosphere, with nutrient and trace metal transport to the ocean being a particular focus. Currently a member of Working Group 38 and a past and present member of GESAMP task teams.
